ORDERS
Orders are processed promptly within 1-2 business days of your order. I try to ship orders out the next business day after your order is placed whenever possible. If I have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail from Pittsburgh, PA, which generally takes 3 - 5 business days.

PAYMENT
Accepting all major credit cards and Paypal.

SALES TAX
Orders placed within Pennsylvania will be subject to a 6% sales tax.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 
You may return an unopened / unused purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
